The Pastorate of MOR considers the development and progression of members to be an essential part of church life. This maturity is not only evidenced in spiritual growth but also in natural elevation. Accordingly we facilitate the birth of niche ministries within our church where the progression from church member to associate Minister not only facilitates active pulpit involvement within the church but additionally in some instances cultivates separate ministries. Contrary to popular belief this does not bring division but strengthens the offerings of the body of Christ both internally and externally. The pioneers of the ministries below are either active Associate Ministers or Pastorate members within the Ministry of Restoration Church.
